One Week Family Food Supply


Our family spends around $200 per week.
We like to eat vegetable, fruits, and nuts for snacks.  Our meals consist of low fat dairy, whole grains, fruits and vegetables along with lean meat and fish. Our family likes to make things from scratch. We even have our own wheat berries and flax seed to make our own whole grain flour. Our family is very nurtitious and uses very little processed food. We try to eliminate MSG, corn syrup, preservatives, and nitrates.
